Houses within the subdivision were developed on an incremental basis between the late 50s and mid-1960s. Lots appear to have been sold to individual buyers, who then constructed custom-designed houses in accordance with an overarching aesthetic vision of the neighborhood. The three distinctive architectural styles associated with the district are Ranch Traditional, Ranch Minimal and Ranch Contemporary. The last of these constructed in 1966.
